TCN GCC appoints Mohammad Alghmdi as Country Manager – Saudi Arabia
As Saudi Arabia is in the process of realising its Vision 2030 objectives, demand for technical delivery services has been higher than ever.
With the announcement of Mohammad Alghmdi as the country manager of Saudi Arabia, TCN continues to professionalise and expand their capability in Saudi Arabia with the aim to support the Kingdom’s ambitious real estate development programs and to provide clients with an end-to-end professional development solution.
Mohammad Alghmdi is a real estate development specialist and licensed architect with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture as well as a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development & Urbanism. He has been working with investors and developers to achieve their profitability and sustainability goals through design optimization and value engineering practices, in projects that have exceeded a total value of SAR 1-Billion in both Saudi Arabia and the United States. His professional practice is focused on commercial property design, redevelopment, and development management; together with diverse experience in real estate entrepreneurship and variable-use buildings, place-making and urbanism, smart cities, and real estate IT.

He will oversee the delivery of engineering services for TCN’s clients in Saudi Arabia, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
