Design Brief
Technical analysis to establish "achievable project design envelope"
Manage all consultant contracts including technical (design review) and commercial aspects (invoices, etc.)
Conduct Value Engineering and Constructability Analysis workshops
Suggest alternatives and agree with Client the procurement strategy for construction works
Oversee the Construction Manager (CM) tender analysis and provide recommendation to Client
Resolve disputes / change orders / project issues
Evaluate site construction progress at critical project junctures
Set meeting schedule including site visits with Construction Manager (CM) for regular progress
Manage the Construction Manager (CM) contract and scope of works
Update financial and market evaluation during construction period
Manage tender in-line with Client procurement systems
Update the Sales / Marketing / Asset Management strategy documents 6-months prior to handover and setup a Handover System
Oversee the Construction DLP stage
Ensure compliance with all municipal / government agencies and external stakeholders
Manage tender for FM / other service providers as needed
Coordinate handover to the assigned Asset Management company or internal Client department
Ensure construction loan close-out and final project budgeting
